VET at Brighton Grammar

VCE VET programs are put together by the VCAA, lead to nationally recognised qualifications and provide credit towards the VCE.

Where Can VET be done:

Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) are responsible for the delivery, assessment and certification of VET qualifications. An RTO may be a TAFE, Adult Community education provider, group training company, private provider or school.

VET programs are typically two year programs and contribute to the VCE at Units 1-4.

Partnership arrangements between secondary schools and Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) enable secondary students' access to a broader range of specific industry competencies and increased career pathways.
